Post at least twice a month. One of those being a monthly freebie digital file for all of you Cricut or Silhouette crafters out there.
Get better organized. I’ve had a planner for over six months and only in about the last month really started using it. I hope to feature my planner in a post. Planners are way more than just your schedule. If you’re a creative and need an outlet, planners can be great (check out Pinterest and instagram!)
Stop wasting so much time. Tone down the Facebook use, don’t watch every show on TV. I find myself stuck on Facebook or Pinterest and getting lost with time. Social media is a big thing for blogs, but checking Facebook every five minutes is a little overkill!
More items on Etsy. Add more digital and physical products to my shop.
Double last year’s Etsy sals goal and then some. Last year I set my goal to $500 and surpassed it before Christmas. I want to set this year’s goal at $1200. I had my first sale in June last year. I think with more products and better sharing of my products I can achieve this!
Increase Facebook following. I’ve been slacking on the Facebook page. I need to work harder to gain engagement from my followers and give them something to keep them coming back for more!
Increase Instagram following. I usually get quite a few followers and likes for each image I post on Instagram. If I posted more consistently I’m sure my following would increase significantly.
Better utilize email subscribers. Ever since my how to glitter dip a tumbler post took off on Pinterest I’ve been gaining a pretty good amount of email list subscribers and I REALLY need to utilize them more. Thank you everyone that has joined, 2017 will be an awesome year!
Monthly craft parties. I’m on month two of craft parties (this will be featured in a blog post this month!). I decided last year I wanted to have a craft club and do parties every month. Everyone loved it and so did I! Not only did I have one at my house but I did one at work and another one at someone’s house. So much fun!
More ‘me’ time. Everyone needs a little me time. I’ve decided I need to schedule at least an hour to myself once a week to do whatever I want, for my sanity–ha!
More date nights. Or day dates, something for the two of us to get away for an hour or two!
Mommy daughter dates. Much needed for sure, especially since she’s a big sister now. Even if we just run to Starbucks for a hot chocolate and coffee date. I want to do this as Harrison gets older too.
Magically gain a day in a week. Ok, a girl can dream, right?! Actually, I consider myself very lucky to only have to work four days a week and have a three day weekend every weekend.
There you have it, all out there! I hope this inspires to set your goals for the year, it’s never too late! What are you waiting for? Grab that pen and paper, or that computer and start setting those goals and crush them!
